LOCATION Located in a quiet residential area in the town above North Sands.
VIEWS Magnificent views from all windows at the front of the property especially from the living room and the master bedroom.
ENTRANCE A double glazed front door leads into a large entrance hall, which leads off to the single bedroom, shower room, kitchen/diner, snug room and downstairs double and stairs leading to first floor.
KITCHEN/DINING ROOM A modern kitchen/dining room with 'Shaker' style cream units, range cooker with gas hob, large American style fridge freezer with water and ice dispenser, dishwasher and microwave. The dining area has an extending oval table seating ten with additional window seating to take in the stunning views out to sea and the surrounding countryside - doors lead out to the terrace and front garden.
UTILITY ROOM Adjacent to the kitchen containing washing machine, tumble dryer, fridge, freezer and additional double oven.
SNUG ROOM with two seater sofa and small television.
LOUNGE AREA Comfortable lounge area with magnificent views out to sea and the surrounding hills. Contains two sofas and two wicker easy chairs, Panasonic 42" television, Sky Freeview, and DVD player with a range of DVDs.
BEDROOMS Five bedrooms in total, with three en suite. On the ground floor is a single bedroom with wooden framed bed (plus additional pull-out bed available on request) with bedside table - there is also a double room with a double size bed, bedside units and a chest of drawers. On the first floor is a second double room with 5' wooden framed bed, bedside tables and chest of drawers with 'Jack and Jill' en suite with bath, shower (over), sink, w.c and heated towel rail.  Also on this floor is a twin bedroom with two single beds, bedside tables, chest of drawers, dressing table with stool and mirror, and en suite shower room with shower cubicle, sink and w.c.  Stairs lead to the second floor Master en suite bedroom with a 6' zip and link be, bedside tables, chest of drawers and wardrobe. Doors lead out to a small balcony with stunning views out to the harbour entrance.  Across the small hallway there is a large en suite bathroom with bath with shower over, sink unit, w.c and heated towel rail.  N.B. All duvets, pillows, bed linen and towels are provided - tenants require beach towels.
BATHROOM In addition to the en suite bathrooms there is a shower room on the ground floor with shower cubicle, sink and w.c
OUTSIDE To the front of the property there is paved terrace area (with table, six chairs and parasol) from which to enjoy those lovely sea views. There is a tiered grassed area of lawn with flower beds and shrubs with a path leading down to the main road. To the rear of the property there is a small grass area and steps leading up to the parking area.
PARKING There is parking to the rear of the property for up to three cars and one bay at the front of the house for one small car.
OTHER INFORMATION Central heating and double glazed. Strictly no smoking. Telephone and wireless broadband available.  N.B. Due to the nature of the garden and access to the road it is advised that young children are not left unattended at any time. - The rear driveway is shared with the neighbouring property so please leave access clear at all times
