BEDROOMS Three in total. The en suite master bedroom has a super-King size bed, pine drawers, dressing table and wardrobe, and wonderful estuary views. The en suite shower is fully tiled with shower, bidet, basin and w.c.. The second bedroom is a twin with two pine framed single beds, bedside unit and drawers, whilst the third has a set of bunk beds with pine drawers. All duvets, pillows, bed linen and towels are provided. Tenants will require beach and tea towels.
BATH/SHOWER ROOMS In addition to the en suite (above) is a family bathroom with bath, shower (over), w.c. and basin.
KITCHEN/SITTING/DINING ROOM A recently refurbished, open-plan living space on the upper floor of the property with superb views across the estuary. The modern and well-equipped kitchen has a range of Shaker style units, four-ring halogen hob, electric double oven, microwave, small fridge, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and washer/dryer. The dining area has an extending oak table seating up to six in total. The sitting room has a large L-shaped sofa, coffee table TV, Blu-ray DVD player and hi-fi. A glazed door leads out to the balcony.

PARKING A seasonal parking pass (3rd April - 2nd October only) is provided for the long-stay car park (5-10 minutes walk away).
