Set within the owner’s smallholding, it is located under a mile from the golden sands and magnificent dunes at Holywell Bay, which sits amongst the rugged splendour of the dramatic Cornish coast. The beaches nearby allow dogs all year round. The coastal area is perfect for dog walking. Seagrass is a pet-friendly property with an enclosed area around the property, accepting one dog, which must be kept on a lead at all times in open areas but may be off the lead in the Segrass enclosed area. Dog walking fields are nearby. A footpath leads directly from the owner’s land to local beaches. The village of Cubert boasts a fine restaurant, shop, bakery and traditional thatched pubs within 0.75 miles. The area is a walker’s paradise as the network of footpaths, bridle ways and green lanes that lace through this part of Cornwall pass the front of the property. Explore the coastal path and the greenery away from the coast, the large unspoilt common and tiny lanes either on foot, by horse or by bike. From Cubert you can catch the local bus direct to Holywell Bay’s golden sandy beach or to Newquay, home of surfing, which has shopping, bowling, a zoo and many restaurants. Horse riding, surfing, go karting, NT houses and gardens, and many family based attractions are all nearby making this the location to enjoy a perfect beach holiday in the beautiful county of Cornwall. Truro, Padstow, St Agnes, Watergate Bay, home to Jamie Oliver’s restaurant, and the Eden Project are within easy reach.
