A minutes walk will bring you to the town centre of Ilfracombe and Tunnels Beach which means you can leave your car and enjoy local restaurants The Landmark Theatre with all-year-round entertainment or for those who enjoy walking the house is on the trail of the Torrs Walk and South West Coast Path. A 10 minute walk will take you to the harbour area. There are a wealth of popular attractions within the area to suit all tastes and these include Watermouth Castle National Trust Arlington Court and Dinosaur Park to name but a few. A 10 minutes drive to the famous surfing beach Woolacombe. Leisure facilities: private heated outdoor swimming pool opening on 26 May and closing 22 September. Games room: with pool table and football games. The accommodation is arranged over four floors with entrance door opening into a large hall with sweeping staircase. Offering NINE bedrooms with TVs: 6 with en-suite facilities. On the ground floor off the main entrance hall is 1 double with en-suite shower and WC. On the first floor is 1 double with additional single bed with en-suite shower and WC 1 king-size with additional single bed with en-suite shower over bath and WC 1 double with en-suite shower and WC. On the second floor is 1 double with en-suite bath and WC 1 single 1 double with en-suite bath and WC and connecting door to 1 bunk bedroom (this room has its own entrance door and can be part of a family room or a separate bedroom) and 1 double. Shower room: separate with WC. Ground floor cloakroom with WC. Lower ground floor shower room and WC. Lounge: with TV DVD electric fire and bay window overlooking Ilfracombe and a door to second smaller snug seating area. The lower ground floor consists of Kitchen/diner: well-equipped with 5-ring gas hob 2 electric fan ovens microwave dishwasher and fridge. Dining area with table seating 19 additional lounge with french doors opening onto patio and private swimming pool area. Utility room: with washing machine tumble dryer and chest freezer. Amenities: off-road parking for 4 cars with free roadside parking also available directly in front of the house. Bed linen electric central heating and Wi-Fi included. 2 well-behaved dogs welcome (we regret dogs cannot be accepted between 26 May and 22 September). Regret no smoking. Please note that a 300 security deposit is required and is payable direct to the owner prior to arrival. Short breaks for 3 nights 80% 4 nights 85% and 5 nights 90% of the weekly cost. Location: beach shops and pubs all walking distance. Arrival: 4pm.
