A beautifully renovated house, more of a home really, with everything in it good quality. The bonus was that it's only a short walk to one of the friendliest pubs I have ever visited. PERFECT!

Keld Head Farmhouse was spacious and very comfortable, we especially liked having 2 lounge areas and the extra bathrooms. It was very well equipped with top quality bedding, towels etc. Everything felt as if it was new.

The cottage was excellent. The owner was there to meet us on our arrival. The cottage is a credit to the owners who have put a lot of hard work in getting the cottage up to it's current standard.

Everything about this cottage was to a very high standard, in good taste and extremely clean. All the facilities were excellent -including the parking. The local tourist amenities made this a really good choice for a family holiday which included senior citizens. The property had a walk in shower and one good staircase with a nice firm hand rail. We would thoroughly recommend Keld Head for family holidays whether young or old. The property included a toy box and colouring books for youngsters!

This fabulous farmhouse has been superbly decorated and is equipped with absolutely everything that anyone could want. It is incredibly spacious, truly beautiful and honestly cannot be faulted in any way. We were greeted by the friendly owner, who had also left some milk, coffee/tea/hot chocolate and biscuits which was a lovely touch. The beds are so comfortable. The farmhouse is in an excellent location, on the very edge of Pickering but very close to all amenities (pub, shops, supermarkets etc). Pickering is ideal for exploring the North Yorkshire Moors and also the coast. Eden Camp is just a couple of miles away and is highly recommended. We stayed here for a week and have had a really great, very relaxing time. Highly recommended.

Stayed here with my wife for a week for the war weekend in Pickering as part of her 80th birthday celebrations. The farmhouse had recently been modernised to a very high standard. Three big bedrooms, one with ensuite and shower. large bathroom. On the ground floor, huge kitchen with every facility, dining room, sitting room with log burning stove and a snug off the kitchen. With full central heating it was warm and very comfortable Large private gardens outside, ideal for children. Finally a welcome gift from the Owner who was there to meet us. Truly a Birthday to remember.
