Downstairs is a kitchen with snug and woodburner, and a sitting room with electric stove and dining area. There is also a basement utility down 12 stone steps. Outside is off road parking for two cars, a front patio with furniture and a further 'secret' garden. Leapings Cottage is well placed for enjoying this attractive village, exploring the Peak District National Park or heading to Leeds, Manchester or Sheffield.
Thurlstone village is home to a shop and pub, and the Trans-Pennine Way passes through. With the beauty of the Peak District National Park easily accessed, and destinations such as Sheffield, Manchester, Leeds, Chatsworth and Alton Towers within reach, this makes a wonderful year-round base.
