Lovely, quiet location with easy access to all the local beaches and attractions.

Perfectly located for exploring North Cornwall, the cottage is a great base to visit the sights in the surrounding area. The cottage is cosy with a wood burner and possesses typical cottage interior, noises and character. The kitchen and bathrooms are fitted to a high standard and the shower was fab!

Everything about our holiday in Little Warmington was great. In a good location for visiting the sights and there is a lively, friendly pub and shops within walking distance.

The cottage was warm and very well appointed. It was well placed for access to Bodmin Moor, for walking and being located in a town with easy access to shops, pubs and banks etc.

An excellent, old property furnished to a very good standard and the wood-burning stove was very welcome. Nicely positioned between the seaside, Bodmin Moor and near to the local shops, pubs and other amenities in Camelford.

The cottage is lovely, very well furnished and equipped and much bigger than expected! Cosy in the evenings and a really welcoming place to go back to after a days outing.

Good location for a short Winter break as there's plenty to do within easy reach; a great local pub that welcomed dogs and children with a friendly atmosphere and lovely food. Clean and cosy accommodation, very quiet and private.

The direction to the property was detailed and helpful. The cottage was well decorated and cosy and the owner replied promptly to all emails. It was our first time in Camelford and we will definitely go back again, lovely little place. The cottage was in the middle of town, easy to get everywhere. We had a lovely time and would recommend the cottage to anyone.

The cottage is very cosy and comfortable, and handy for the shops. The Masons Arms in Camelford did great food. It is close to lots of lovely beaches.

It was a very comfortable well equipped cottage.

The annex is self-contained and very nicely furnished, the two large en-suite bathrooms are real treat and the heating is very efficient. The location is idea for visiting Bodmin moor and the coastal path linking Port Isaac, Tintagel and Crackington Haven. Both house and area are both very dog friendly and there are local walks next to the river and through the park for responsible dog-owners. A great base in average weather, would be even more fantastic in sunshine. The owner was very friendly and helpful.

We had a very relaxing few days. We were very comfortable and warm in front of the lovely log burner. The children loved staying here also and slept very well. We hope to return in the future.

This was a very convenient location for many day trips and the accommodation was a charming old home. The beds were most comfortable and the bathrooms lovely to use. We found it all to our utmost satisfaction. Sitting in front of a log fire in the evening just capped our holiday!

The cottage was superbly well equipped - I don't even own a mezzaluna at home! It was well decorated throughout and had the feel of somewhere that was furnished with love and attention, whereas some others we have stayed in have seemed more as though they were furnished in the 1980s and not been updated since!

We loved how cosy the place was, it felt very homely. There was everything we needed and lots of information about things to do locally. We loved the fire in the living room! Such a lovely place.

The cottage felt like a home and very comfortable. So many holiday cottages feel like temporary accommodation, this was lovely from the original stone flag floors to the homely touches. Special mention must be made about the quality of the linen and big fluffy towels.

Excellent week had by all. Cottage was in a excellent position to explore the beautiful north coast of Cornwall. There is a little gem of a pub across the road 'The Masons Arms', the landlady was friendly and helpful, amazing food (the fresh local fish menu in particular) and good local beers. The cottage itself was clean, well equipped and nicely decorated. The log fire was particularly pleasant during the cold February nights. All in all a great holiday. Would definitely recommend to others.

We left midweek as couldn't bear to stay in the miserable, dingy building any longer. My complaints have been made clear to the owner and the rental company. This property is not a holiday home. We were told there are contractors staying there normally and to me this apparent as the decoration and overall feel of the house is one of being uncared for. The photographs in the website must have been taken years ago as the house and interior are similar but now very rundown.

Simply stunning cottage that had the most wonderful feel about it. The owner had laid out logs and kindling for the fire and even the key code for Broadband! Nothing was too much trouble and we had the most wonderfully relaxing time here. The village also has brilliant pubs and fantastic food venues and if you have a dog, the park is next door with woods and open spaces. We use holiday cottages a lot, this one is by far our very favourite over all the years.

Stayed in March 2014 in this gorgeous cottage at the back of Warmington House. The cottage is everything you would want- spacious, well furnished and well equipped and with a mattress on the bed in the double room that gave the best nights sleep in years! Thoroughly enjoyed staying here, along with our dog, who was very settled and by the end of the week was guarding the door like it was her own home! Cannot fault what you get when you stay here, very relaxing and home from home. Camelford itself is a little in need of some TLC just to cheer it up a bit, but Little Warmington needs nothing else other than to keep going, doing what it does so well, making a holiday a real pleasure! Congratulations Dmitri, don't let this little gem slip from your grasp - get the B & B going again too!

Only one tiny complaint. No guest review book! These are always a great source of information and recommendations. Otherwise - a perfect place to stay. Well equipped, very clean and ideal base for touring the lovely area. Be warned if you have a dog though. Many of the local beaches don't allow dogs, May to Sep, even though they are advertised as 'dog friendly'.
