Nicely converted, high quality accommodation. Peaceful quiet location, and lovely walks and open countryside all around. Owner welcoming and available if needed, together with a welcome cake. Bedrooms all well equipped and comfortable large beds. Opposite the barn Harry lives in a field which delighted our 3 year old grandson, feeding him one of the highlights of his day.
The kitchen well equipped but be aware of the very eager fire alarms, close the door while cooking! This is a good place all year round, can imagine being cosy in the winter, tho we went in summer and had good weather.
Lots of pubs around for meals, Lincoln of course (with Mrs Browns pie shop on Steep Hill) and we trekked to Mablethorpe and what a fab beach miles and miles of it!
All in all a great place and reasonable cost - thoroughly recommended
