This charming rural retreat is just the ticket for those looking to totally relax and stroll to restaurants, shops and coffee bars, whilst still enjoying the peaceful countryside location. A firm favourite for many years, Panter now boasts a renovated kitchen complete with oven, hob and breakfast bar and a good selection of TV channels ( English speaking in particular) for those who may not want to wander far from this comfortable and inviting oasis in the evenings. A pretty lawn, tall palm trees and an abundance of greenery complement the terrace and the balcony leading out from the main living areas. Of course, eating al fresco is one of the pluses of a villa holiday and the swimming pool and terrace are popular with everyone, especially when the barbecue is put to good use.
Dalyan has long been a firm favourite with all of us here at James Villas; we love the Dalyan Delta, a natural conservation area with a peninsula consisting of Ituzu beach, otherwise known as turtle beach, after the Caretta-Caretta turtles who lay their eggs there every year. Four and a half kilometres of wide sandy beach allow plenty of room to spread out and enjoy the fabulous scenery. The Dalyan waterway runs through stunning countryside and there is a chance to explore the stunning rock cut tombs towering above the river, built for kings and once filled with treasure. Along the way, why not indulge in a mud bath, therapeutic and messy and great fun for all the family, it is worth exploring all the beauty the Dalyan valley has to offer.
