LOCATION The property is in Undercliffe, a narrow passageway that runs parallel to Mayors Avenue in central Dartmouth. The towns amenities, river and embankment are within a short walk (about 50-100 yards), whilst Blackpool Sands beach is a 5-10 minute drive away.
ENTRANCE The property is accessed at ground floor level from the garden, with immediate access into a small hallway/lobbywhich offers access to the kitchen and sitting rooms.
KITCHEN/DINING ROOM A modern and fully equipped kitchen has a range of white gloss fitted units, four-ring halogen hob, electric oven, fridge, small (table-top) freezer, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine and coffee -maker. A round oak table seats for four adults comfortably.
SITTING ROOM A cosy and creatively presented sitting area is tastefully furnished with a large double sofa, matching armchairs, flatscreen TV (with built-in DVD player and Freesat), and a range of DVDs. Stairs lead up from within the sitting room to the first floor bedrooms and bathroom.
BEDROOMS Two, both on the first floor. Each double bedroom features a co-ordinated range of furniture including a King-size bed, bedside units, wardrobe, drawers, dressing table and stool. All duvets, pillows, bed linen and towels (excluding those for the beach) are provided.
BATHROOM A mostly tiled, stylish bathroom has a bath, electric shower (over), w.c., wash-hand basin, heated towel rail and under-floor heating.
OUTSIDE To the front of the cottage is a South facing gravelled garden area with table, four chairs and parasol.
PARKING A seasonal parking pass (April to October) is provided for the long-stay car park (3-5 minutes walk away)
OTHER INFORMATION Gas fired central heating throughout and instant hot water. Wireless broadband internet available. Strictly no smoking or pets permitted. Mostly carpeted throughout but with wooden flooring in the kitchen and tiles in the bathroom.
