We thought that this was a particularly good cottage, warm and cosy with everything that we required, including being allowed to take our dogs.

The location was great. Lovely to be able to start walks from the house and not have to go by car everyday. However it was close to the places we wanted to visit when we did get the car out. A very comfortable, spacious house. We had the most fantastic weather all week which made our stay even better.

A lovely holiday; in a quiet location, plenty of room to park and a beautiful area. Loved the house, it was perfect for us all and the washing machine meant we all went home with clean washing! Would rent this property again if I was in the area, very nice indeed.

Min y Traeth is a lovely home. It is so spacious, and with wonderful views of the sea from the dining room, and bed rooms. The bedrooms are lovely and with an en-suite in the main bedroom it is just perfect. It has a wonderful kitchen and utility room. I would highly recommend this property to anyone, either on their own or in a family. We were cosy and warm, with the heating and fire.

The location was ideal for walking the dog on the beach and the property itself was better than expected. 5 star, a credit to it's owners, we will be back.

August 2013
The cottage was of excellent quality in a nice quiet cul-de-sac, just off the sea front, within a 10 minute walk from the high street. Criccieth has nice shopping, and a decent array of restaurants to choose from.

May 2014
The property was in a quiet location but very close to the seafront with views of the sea and castle from most windows. It was also near the coastal path and the town of Criccieth had good facilities and was very good for touring the area, nothing seemed very far away.

This holiday home is ideally situated for the beach and for pottering around the village of Criccieth. The castle is worth a visit just for the views. The house is a new, modern, spacious, detached house so was just like transporting our own home to the seaside. Criccieth itself is a good base for touring further afield by car for longer breaks. This home is 100m away from the coastal path too. Excellent choice.

nice spacious light, airy rooms. Plenty of cupboard space, handy utility with washing machine and good sized chest freezer. Sea and coastal path literally one minute away which our dog appreciated as the garden is not fenced in but was no problem. Criccieth village main street few minutes walk and castle worth a visit. Plenty of places of interest to visit locallywould recommend beach at Morfa Nefyn, river walk at Beddgelert and a day in Barmouth to include walk over the raiway bridge spanning the estuary.

A well maintained, spacious house which was furnished to a very good standard. Down side was the garden which was unfenced allowing for local free roaming dogs to use at their leisure. A good location for visiting local attractions both in Criccieth and further afield.
