Moorland View is a wonderful, ground floor, end-terrace cottage, situated on the outskirts of Oxenhope near Haworth. The cottage has one super-king-size double room, which can be made into a twin on request, with a large TV and an en-suite shower room. There is an open plan living area with a kitchen, a dining area and a sitting area with an electric fire and outside, there is roadside parking. Moorland View is a great base for exploring the Yorkshire Dales, an ideal romantic retreat.
The small village of Oxenhope lies amid wonderful scenery, and offers the chance to take advantage of the multitude of walks in the area. The village, with its shops, churches and pubs, is home to the terminus for the Keighley and Worth Valley Railway, an authentic steam railway brought to prominence in the film The Railway Children, which runs on a regular basis to Haworth and on down to Keighley.
From heather-clad moors and limestone scars, to market towns and the steady pace of country life - the sublime Dales await you! Where else in Britain is it as satisfying to sit and do nothing as it is to explore the numerous pursuits on offer?
