Set in a quiet location, this delightful, contemporary house is situated in the historic village of Charlestown. Offshore provides private parking, a south facing garden and is a great base from which to enjoy the village, surrounding area and further afield.

A short walk not only leads you to the harbour and beaches but also art galleries, gift and craft shops, the Charlestown Shipwreck and Heritage Centre, a local park, cafes, restaurants and local pubs. With much character and heritage, this relatively unchanged village has been used on many occasions as the setting for films and TV.

Based on Cornwall’s almost sub-tropical south coast, Charlestown is an ideal location not only to enjoy the many small beaches, coves and fishing villages, but also to visit some of the great gardens such as the Lost Gardens of Heligan, the Eden Project, Caerhays Castle and numerous National Trust properties.

Situated on the South West Coastal Path, Offshore is a good base for walkers, and with national and local cycle routes passing nearby, it’s possible to leave the car behind and cycle to the Eden Project via the Clay Trails or via the Pentewan Trail to Heligan. In addition, water sports, sea fishing trips, coastal sightseeing trips, horse riding, golf, bowling, shopping, swimming and leisure facilities are all available in the St Austell Bay area.

Visit Mevagissey, Fowey and the city of Truro locally, or venture across to the dramatic north coast, with its surfing beaches, Padstow and Newquay. Beach 500 yards. Shop ½ mile, pub and restaurant 500 yards.Ground Floor:
