On the second floor is a master bedroom with King-size bed, bedside units, drawers, built-in wardrobe, TV and feature fireplace. Stunning views out to sea and across to Kingswear. NB All duvets, pillows, linen and towel are provided - tenants will require beach towels.
BATHROOMS Two in total. On the first floor is a fully tiled bathroom with bath, shower (over), w.c., wash-hand basin and heated towel rail. On the second floor, serving the master bedroom is a tiled bathroom with bath, seperate shower, wash basin, w.c. and heated towel rail.
OUTSIDE The patio at the rear has a table and reclining chairs. This leads to a lovely mature garden with a lawn and flourishing grapevine, hardwood bench and Weber barbecue.
PARKING A parking permit, for one car, is provided for the Mayors Avenue public car park (subject to available spaces)/Dartmouth Park and Ride from 28th March 2015 for 6 months until the 27th September 2015.
