A lovely cottage, done to a very high standard. The beds were very comfortable, as was the cottage as a whole. The hot tub was great and it was pleasure to stay here. We would definitely come back again.

Orchard Lea is in a beautiful location with very attentive yet unobtrusive hosts. Whilst located just off the A40, there is very little road noise.

An ideal weeks break for three generations of our family touring the local area. Orchard Lea was a little like a Tardis as it was bigger inside than it looked and gave us both privacy and a communal area as we fancied it.

It was in a fabulous location, with so much to do in the area. We cycled, walked and did sight seeing. The hot tub was an added bonus and kept our children entertained for hours! We would love to return.

A beautiful cottage with lots of space and lovely views. The hot tub was a lovely addition too. Had comfy beds. From the front bedrooms we had a view of lambs running and leaping around the field opposite. The owners were very helpful and always responded very quickly if we had a problem.

We had a lovely New Year's week at this cottage. In a beautiful setting and literally just steps away from the local dog friendly pub. The cottage was perfect for a relaxing few days, and we enjoyed cooking and eating in the large kitchen, the underfloor heating kept us cosy and warm and the smart TV was perfect for Netflix. The owners could not be more helpful, we will definitely consider it for future stays!

A lovely cottage which is in a great location and has the added bonus of a hot tub. There was plenty of room for our party of 6 adults and 3 dogs.

We've stayed in a lot of different cottages over the years and this has to be the best so far, couldn't fault it at all. Excellently decorated cottage lots of space and room, lovely landlord and landlady for the week, couldn't do enough for us when we asked. Rooms were clean and comfortable, excellent facilities within the inside and outside of the cottage, as we loved to cook so we used the kitchen a lot. Excellent Hot Tub for those beginning of days or end of days after a day out, really helped after going horse riding for the day. Well worth the money and will defiantly recommend, and we will definitely be back sometime in the future and thats a MUST !!

Cottage is lovely, a real home from home. Everything from towels to toilet paper and washing powder was supplied. Very high standard of decor throughout the cottage. Owners were fantastic. Hot tub seated 8 and was a great addition to the house. Bottle of wine and cake on arrival were a nice touch too.

Great week away with 4 generations. Comfortable well maintained Accommodation to suit all needs, our party ranged from 18 months to 88 years. Deni & Philip so helpful & friendly. Will definitely try to get to stay there again. Hot tub a great bonus after a days walking or site seeing.

Beautiful, clean, well laid out, roomy cottage and the garage has been converted to a high spec hot tub area and appears to be brand new, great for the kids and adults alike. The owners were very helpful living very close but left us alone and when we did have a problem with the wifi not working, they did everything trying to sort it out as quickly as possible. There is a petrol station, well stocked village shop away and opposite that the pub serving very good food (except on Sunday evenings and Mondays) all within 2 minutes walk. Ideal for the Forest of Dean, not to be missed, Symonds Yat East and Mallards Pike Lake. Ross is a small town but has most of the things you could possibly need. Hereford is a great city and has an excellent leisure centre. The Welsh border and beautiful Brecon Beacons are easy drive, if you like real ale, Rhymney brewery is worth a look as is the old iron works village, (head for the 'Big Pit' brown signs). Great family holiday in a semi-rural setting
