LOCATION Positioned at the end of a row of privately owned former coastguard cottages, the house occupies a prime position a few yards from the sandy beaches in either direction - the village pub, shop and other amenities are all within a short walk and the South West Coast Path can be easily accessed for beautiful walks to Salcombe and surrounding villages.
