A spacious cottage full of light, Pandia is a former coach house built in 1705. It stands in 3 acres of gardens, rhododendron and beech woodland. This gorgeous cottage is set in a designated Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty in the hamlet of Warleggan, on the southern edge of Bodmin Moor. It is ideally situated for families and friends who wish to visit the charming fishing villages of the south coast and the magnificent beaches and cliffs of the north coast. There are great opportunities for moorland and river walking right from the doorstep, with pony trekking, fishing, kayaking, and cycling opportunities within easy reach. You can visit magnificent houses and gardens nearby too.
As soon as you walk into Pandia you will appreciate its lovely character, with exposed timber beams, gorgeous paintings, pottery by Cornish artists and beautiful items from around the world. Vases of fresh flowers add a touch of seasonal colour.
The ground floor is large, and open plan. There is a well-equipped kitchen/dining room which opens out on to the private lawn and garden. This is a great area for relaxing and listening to bird song. The kitchen extends into the living room with its cosy open fire, perfect for chatting and planning your days out. The open-tread staircase takes you to the three bedrooms on the first floor and the bathroom.
Pandia offers beautiful, quality accommodation in a stunning and tranquil part of Cornwall. It is great at any time of the year. Dogs are welcome and will love exploring the 3 acres of grounds, as well as the walks starting at the front door. Shop/Post Office, pub and restaurant 3 miles.
