Lovely small cottage just right for two. Owner welcoming - fresh homemade bread, butter, honey, milk and tea/coffee to greet us along with a vase of daffodils. Accommodation comfortable, kitchen well and thoughtfully stocked. Non existent mobile signal but free wifi if we wanted it although not the fastest! Decor in need of a bit of tlc but that's not really important. We had a lovely peaceful week, enjoyed watching the numerous birds visiting the feeders in the garden and visited a few places in the area - maps thoughtfully left for visitors to use and the owner happy to recommend places to visit. Weather wasn't kind but it didn't matter too much - we will return.

Pandy Cottage is a little gem set in a beautiful tranquil part of Wales. We were all generously welcomed by the owner. The weather was kind to us - and we were able to enjoy the evenings on the little terrace overlooking the owner's beautiful garden - just drinking in the peace and serenity. The dogs greatly enjoyed the freedom of the beautiful wild flower meadow - with stunning views from the top! Pandy Cottage is a perfect place to which we hope to return.

We loved the peace and quiet, the scenery was perfect. The cottage provided everything we needed and was cosy and well thought out. We enjoyed the wildlife, the birds in the cottage and especially the red kites which you could almost touch.

What a lovely find. Pandy Cottage is in a really good location, away from everything but without feeling too isolated. It was a lovely tranquil spot and ideally placed for getting to the coast. The owner was so welcoming when we arrived and very helpful with lots of information. We would have no hesitation in recommending this lovely cosy cottage with its great views. Ideal for couples (with or without a dog) looking for a great getaway and some relaxation.

We had a very pleasant Christmas Day in the cottage. The owners had left a decorated Christmas tree plus a welcome drink and other useful things for Christmas. Warm and comfortable, despite the weather. Would love to visit when the weather is warmer!

Have just spent a great week at Pandy cottage. Off the beaten track, but close enough to Lampeter for all your requirements. Everything you would need for self-catering is on hand in the cottage plus more. Very comfortable sofas and double bed, lots of space for two people plus a dog. Lovely garden plus a huge enclosed field to potter around in. Great welcome of fresh bread and home-produced honey, fresh flowers and a little of everything in the cupboards to get you started. Great centre for a week's walking. Within an hour's drive there are beach walks, mountain walks, historic sites, nature activities. Maps are available in the cottage both for the locality and further afield. We wouldn't hesitate to return to Pandy cottage for another holiday in the UK.

We had a wonderful week here despite the mixed Welsh weather! It's perfect for two people. A great barn conversion, with the bedroom blending into the living area which made it nice and spacious. As others have said, great home made bread and honey on arrival. Close driving distance to beaches and countryside, but enough away from the mainstream to be totally relaxing. I loved watching the birds feeding on the seeds outside, including a woodpecker. One rainy day we just did nothing and that recharged our batteries. Very comfortable bed, and quality appliances. Walk up the field to get great sunsets and the moon coming out. Would have liked a washing machine but that is a very minor quibble. The heating was great and toasty for some of the chilly days and nights. And it was good to have Internet access.

Enjoyed recent stay. Nice and relaxing. The dogs also enjoyed it, good walks and handy to most attractions. We will be back again.
