There were glorious views from the cottage and short walks to (and around) the surrounding countryside. The Forest of Dean and other points of interest were very close and easily accessible. There was a lovely, friendly village nearby. Everything we needed for a quiet break away.

In a good setting with open grounds, pond and bird life. The living room on top makes the most of this. The owners were very friendly and helpful.

Basic good modern accommodation for two in an attractive, quiet and secluded environment. A good base to explore the Forest of Dean area. Very friendly helpful owner.
