I loved it all really; the games room was good, loved the DVD library as well, the views were stunning and the pub nearby was good. The cottage would have been amazing for a romantic retreat, was not far from Keswick and good for walking places.

We loved the style of the cottage and looked forward to returning to it after our days of walking. We also enjoyed the games room. We will definitely return and are also thinking about a family break where we would rent the adjacent cottages too.

This cottage is situated in the perfect location for getting to Keswick and surrounding areas in the lakes. The cottage is a small romantic escape, surrounded by lovely farm land with plenty of walks. The Accomodation was clean and very well kept and it felt homely from the moment we arrived.

Absolutely loved this weekend. Feels like you're a million miles away from everyone nestled amongst some of the most beautiful scenery you're likely to come across in the UK, yet you're barely 10 minutes from Keswick! The owner also makes a wonderful tea cake, even managed to get the recipe! Highly recommend staying here and we will certainly be keen to come back again the next time we fancy a get away.

Lovely little place, very well fitted out, small but cosy. Really liked the well-cared for, village-like, friendly atmosphere of the farm, situated in such a beautiful area. Generous welcome pack of eggs, cake and milk much appreciated.
