This well furnished and equipped semi-detached holiday cottage has a large enclosed rear garden. To the rear are the Lednock Hills with miles of walking. Loch Earn is a mecca for golf, mountain biking and water skiing, with boats available for hire. On the edge of the Trossachs, an area of great scenic beauty, close to climbing, walking and the skiing area of the Crianlarich and Lawers group of mountains.
