We enjoyed our stay at River View so much. There were lovely welcoming details and the cottage was so cosy and beautifully decorated. The owners were both so friendly and helpful and the cottage is set in such beautiful countryside as well as being conveniently within reach of some of Derbyshire's best attractions.

The cottage was lovely - tastefully but simply decorated with thoughtful additions, a bottle of wine, fresh sweet peas, breakfast/tea tray. The furniture and furnishings had obviously been chosen with great care. The owners' garden was a picture, beautifully tended.

River View is a delightful cottage, with a fab view and set in a very peaceful location. Owners were extremely welcoming. Can't fault anything. Cups were laid out on arrival all ready for a cuppa. Along with a bottle of bucks fizz! There were a lot of small touches which made it that bit nicer. A really wonderful stay!

A very peaceful, quiet setting but not far from the town facilities. Easy access to tourist venues but also places not so much on the tourist route. A beautiful part of the country.

Stayed here for the weekend. It was a lovely place and the garden was impressive. We received a very friendly welcome and the cottage had several welcoming touches. The owners allowed us to store our bikes in the garage which was very handy. I would recommend this cottage to all.
