A great place, had a lovely weekend. The facilities were good, and there was lots to do on site so you wouldn't even need to leave the property. Would highly recommend.

Rushmore Lodge was a lovely property with lots of sunlight. It was great to stay somewhere so well equipped and stocked. We used just about all of the facilities which were excellent. Even the pool felt warm in April.

The modern design of the converted barn was delightful and skilfully done. For the members of the party who had not seen the website it was a complete surprise to open the door and see such a well appointed modern style place. Excellent facilities, including the gym, pool table and table football. We had all we needed for the weekend.

Rushmore Lodge was one of the best properties we have stayed in. Decorated and equipped to a very high standard. With a family of age ranges between 6 years to 68 years all the facilities were extensively used throughout our stay. The property gives a lovely relaxed feeling with plenty of space both indoor and outdoor. The owner was very welcoming and friendly. We thoroughly enjoyed our holiday and hope to return in the future.

Rushmore Lodge is a superb holiday home, you could not want for more. The owner is charming and helpful and could not do enough for us. There are plenty of towels and comfy beds and the place is very cosy. An excellent pool that was lovely and warm, and an easy to use Sauna and steam room. Can't wait to return!

The property is lovely, it has all the basics you need when away from home but still feeling you are at home because you have everything. It is located beautifully and you can enjoy great privacy. The swimming pool is nice as well as the gym. Plenty of DVD's and games boards to entertain.

The property was fantastic and the swimming pool was gorgeous - so warm! All mod cons to hand and lovely comfortable beds at the end of the day! The beautiful weather made it absolutely perfect! We didn't stray far but the more I see of Kent, the more I love it! Knockholt is a lovely hamlet too. Very private. Very happy customers!

The setting of the property was idyllic; the property is lovely, light and airy. We were very blessed with the weather and so the pool was used everyday. The pool table, table football and gym were used extensively. The owner was wonderful, always helpful and made us feel welcome from the first moment we arrived. We also took a trip to Tunbridge Wells to have a go at curling! So much fun.

Rushmore Lodge is an superbly appointed renovated farm property of three generous bedrooms, sauna, professional standard gym, steam room, pool table and fuss ball table. I was working in Sevenoaks and this house was simply wonderful to return to every day. My wife and teenage children had every facility they could hope for in the house, very handy for cold wet January days. The house is located in Knockholt Pound with easy access to Motorways and London trains. Perfect for us.

Everything about Rushmore Lodge was perfect, it is even better than it looks in the pictures. Both the indoor and outdoor space and facilities were brilliant quality and well looked after - there is nothing I could fault.

Nice, quiet setting with pleasant surroundings. It felt like having a villa abroad. It was also nice to be able to have a family visit, as we were told to use it as our home for the duration of our stay.

It was an amazing experience! Rushmore Lodge was so much more than what the pictures show. The property is out of this world - from the living room to the kitchen! The sauna and steam room were also brilliant. Overall the property has been decorated to a very high standard. Would definitely go back again!

We were really disappointed by our stay at this lodge. Though the pool is advertised as being heated, it is either not heated or was broken during our stay as the water was ice cold and so we couldn't use it for the whole duration of our stay. Though we asked the owners if they could help us with this, they said there was nothing they could do. I tried to persevere with the pool but could only manage a couple of minutes in there before the icy water was too much to bear. It was a real shame as the pool was a big factor in us wanting to rent this cottage, and it wasn't too cold outside, so it was very disappointing that the owners couldn't sort this out. There is also a steam room in one of the bathrooms that we could not use as it obviously has not been maintained and the drains smelt really bad. The TV is also very complicated to use and we had to ask repeatedly in order to get access to the wifi, which is meant to be included in the price. The kitchen is tiny so not great if you are cooking for everyone in the lodge, it's more for getting a takeaway out for every meal or just want to make a cup of tea but the kettle does not work correctly and boils continuously without clicking off. It's a shame that the master bedroom also is not completely separated from the living space, so if someone is watching TV in the living room or chatting in there, the sound is clearly heard in that bedroom. In terms of getting to and from the station, if you are getting a taxi, book one at least an hour before you need to go as there are not many taxis that serve this area. The plus points are that the gym is great, the sauna does actually work, though the batteries in the remote control are dead. The living space is good and there are lots of games to play and Dvds to watch. The heating in the lodge is very effective, so it is not cold. There is also ample parking and a large pretty grassy space you can use for picnics etc. The bedding is clean, the beds comfortable and towels are provided, which is useful. It is a shame as this place could be really amazing, however it doesn't seem to be maintained properly and lots of things didn't work. The most disappointing thing was the fact that we couldn't use the pool and it felt like we had to go and keep asking the owners for help rather than just enjoying the place. Overpriced and undermaintained.

An excellent holiday cottage throughout. The swimming pool and leisure facilities were first class and the location is perfect for getting into London, or exploring the South East. Highly recommended! Thank you.

Lovely barn conversion with plenty of space for up to 8 guests. The pool, sauna, steam room and gym all added to all fabulous stay. Gated all cess so we felt safe all cess nd secure. Great bedrooms and living area with a massive TV. Kitchen is small but has everything you need. Nice patio furniture for alfresco dining. We were made to feel very welcome by Sarah and really appreciated the fruit and flowers on arrival. Thank you and hope to return again soon.

This is a fantastic place to stay very well equipped the owners were very helpful. It was private and very convenient to travel the surrounding area. We had a fabulous time celebrating a significant birthday and found it a great place for this family gathering. I would not hesitate to recommend it my only worry would be that we may not get booked again if people found out how good it is

The house is beautiful, very modern with lovely decoration. All the floors are tiled so it was really easy to keep clean. The TV and DVD are excellent and we loved the open plan living space. The gym and sauna are also an added bonus! Location was perfect for us and with supermarkets just down the road it was super convenient. Everything that we needed was there for us. There were loads of glasses, crockery and pans/dishes for cooking. A super property.
