LOCATION The property is set in Bonaventure Road, approximately a 5-10 minute downhill walk (steep in places) to Salcombe town centre with its array of boutique shops, pubs and restaurants.
VIEWS Very pleasant views over the town and out towards the Salcombe estuary beyond. 
ENTRANCE Steps and a path lead up to a side entrance and into a spacious hallway with wooden flooring.
KITCHEN/DINING ROOM A beautifully hand-crafted kitchen has cream units, five-ring gas range with electric double oven, freestanding fridge/freezer, dishwasher and microwave, and central island/breakfast bar with oak worktop and four contemporary stools.  The dining area has a wooden table with eight chairs, and a wall-mounted TV.  Folding doors leads out to the rear terrace and garden.  The kitchen extends into a good-sized UTILITY ROOM with washing machine, tumble dryer, Belfast sink, cream units and oak worktop.  Door out to terrace.
SITTING ROOM The stylishly furnished and attractively decorated sitting room has two large sofas, armchair, flatscreen TV, coffee table, and feature bay window with estuary view between houses.  The adjacent SNUG also has a large television and good views, plus L-shaped sofa bed with chaise, desk and chair.
BEDROOMS Four in total.  On the first floor is a master bedroom with King-size bed, bedside tables, wardrobe, drawers, TV, and dressing table with stool.  Lovely estuary and country views.  The stunning, mainly tiled en suite has a walk-in rain head shower, w.c., wash-hand basin and heated towel rail.  A second double room on this floor has a King-size, wooden-framed bed, wardrobe and drawers, and very good views.  Also at this level is a twin bedroom with two wooden-framed single beds, bedside unit and hanging space.  On the top floor is a further twin room (with sloping ceiling), fitted wardrobe and magnificent views through Velux windows.  The en suite has a large walk in rain head shower, w.c., wash-hand basin, heated towel rail, shaver point and light.  N.B. All duvets, pillows, bed linen and towels (excluding beach towels) are supplied.
BATH/SHOWER ROOMS In addition to the two en suites (above) there is a family bathroom on the first floor with bath, rain head shower (over), w.c., wash-hand basin and heated towel rail.  There is also a CLOAKROOM on the ground floor with w.c. and basin
BABY FRIENDLY EQUIPMENT A travel cot (own linen required), highchair, plastic cutlery and plates are provided.
OUTSIDE To the rear of the house is a private terrace with table, chairs and gas barbeque - steps lead up to a good size sunny tiered/sloping garden.
PARKING On-street parking usually available nearby.
OTHER INFORMATION Wooden flooring in entrance hallway and sitting room with modern tiles in the kitchen and carpet in most other rooms with underfloor heating in the bathrooms.  Gas fired central heating and hot water.  Wireless broadband internet available.  Strictly no smokers.  One well behaved pet permitted.
