Very disappointed. The property may sleep 10 but the property doesn't accommodate 10... for example? two sitting room but neither allow 10 people to sit comfortable together, we traveled with family and we actual like each other.. Rayburn doesn't supply enough hot water for 10! .. and is a nightmare to operate. The pantry is a nightmare, so unorganised and no food storage room. The Garden is so small, not advised that the back garden is over looked..should make this clear in the adverts. Having said that it's a very pretty cottage. I would recommend this to others just smaller groups.

Everything you could possibly need for a perfect break, every little detail carefully thought out from the note to welcome us on the day of arrival to the assortment of books and games. Every kitchen utensil you would ever need including cleaning products and tea/coffee tray. Spotlessly clean and very comfy beds. Couldnt of wished for better accommodation with walks on your doorstep and lovely villages within easy access.

As the title says. We are a group of ten women who go away for one weekend a year as a book club. We like to drink a little wine and talk about our lives and the books we read as well as going for a lovely long walk on the Saturday. The place was exactly as promised. Large wonderful bedrooms and plenty of bathrooms. Wonderful kitchen and two log fires which were set up ready for use and we used them both - one on each night. The kitchen easily seated our party of ten for a three course meal. We had a lovely walk ( about 8 miles) and the house was fab to come back for. Lots of hot water and good showers. House really warm and a very large fridge. Internet available too. It was very clean and tidy and we would love to come again. We took all our food as we knew that t would be a drive to the shop. One pub in the village which was fine ( lack of vegetarian food :( ) Fish and chip van calls through on a friday night at about 7pm ish Only thing I would suggest is a few basic herbs etc

Stunning, large property for our extended family of 8, plus 2 dogs. Everything you could possibly need, plus more was provided. Village location stunning with lots of lovely walks on the doorstep. The owner should be proud of their hard work in creating a beautiful holiday rental.
