The sailing town of Salcombe, with its array of cafes, boutiques and restaurants, is a pleasant 10-15 minute drive away.

SITTING/DINING ROOM A lovely, spacious sunny open-plan room with views across the village and to the sea beyond. The sitting area is comfortably furnished and very well equipped with two double sofas and matching armchair, bean bag, coffee table, wooden desk with high-backed chair, flatscreen TV, 3D Blu-ray DVD player, and iPod docking unit. The dining room has a large wooden table seating six, sideboard and wood-burning stove
BEDROOMS The master bedroom has a King-size divan bed, with matching bedside units, wardrobe and drawers. The second bedroom has two full-size single beds (that can be linked on request to create a kingsize double), bedside units and matching drawers. N.B. All duvets, pillows, bed linen and towels supplied (excluding beach towels).
BATHROOMS A mostly tiled family bathroom has a bath, electric shower (over), wash-hand basin, w.c. and heated towel rail.
