To one side is a fridge (with freezer compartment) and washing machine. The conservatory leads into private lawned back garden with rotary clothes dryer.
BEDROOMS Three in total. The main bedroom has a King-size bed, wardrobe and chest of drawers. The second bedroom, overlooking back garden, is a twin with two single beds, bedside unit and wardrobe. OTHER INFORMATION The property has recently laid wood laminate flooring in the the main living areas and carpet in the bedrooms - it enjoys the benefits of double glazing and oil fired central heating/hot water. Payphone and wireless broadband available (mobile coverage is poor in Hope Cove). Strictly no smoking permitted but one well-behaved dog is allowed.
