An excellent cottage of above average size with a superb situation. Everything worked and we had a visit from the very friendly owner to ensure everything was satisfactory.

Sevenly is in a perfect setting. The cabin was very homely with wonderful views and was totally relaxing the minute you stepped through the door and beyond. It was so very peaceful. There were steam train rides practically on the doorstep and lots of walks around the area. A nice 30 minute stroll along the riverbank to the lovely town of Bewdley was enjoyable. Bewdley is a popular place with just about all the shops you need and plenty to see and do around and about this lovely place. Our family had a great week here and many thanks to the owner for the this last minute stay.

Our second stay at this cottage and we enjoyed it just as much this time. Really relaxing and homely feel to the cottage and lovely views over the river.

The location was outstanding and exactly as described. A lovely homely cabin right on the waters edge with beautiful views and only the sound of birds and the whistle of the steam train to disturb the peace.

This was our second stay at Sevenly and it was as wonderful as the first time. It was so relaxing looking at the stunning scenery, listening to the birds singing and seeing different wildlife, it was so quiet and peaceful. The lodge has everything you need and was warm and cosy. We did not want leave.

It was our second time at Sevenly and it was just as superb as the first! Our kids absolutely love this lodge and talk fondly of it to everyone. It is so serene and peaceful, yet close to interesting places to visit.

Everything was absolutely stunning from the cabin itself to the location and scenery especially being on the river, we really could not have picked a better place to spend our honeymoon. I don't think we have ever felt so stress free, every day was warm and sunny which was an added bonus. We were so upset to have to leave but can't wait to go back again.

We loved the amazing location, the beautiful garden, the calm and gorgeous cabin itself. It was so quiet and peaceful, brilliant to just sit back and de-stress. The kids loved watching the river animals and the occasional boater.

We felt at home the instant we walked through the door of this quirky house. The Severn Valley trains passing by near the front of the house was an added bonus for us. Would really like to stay again in the future.

The decking, hot tub and barbecue, along with the position and scenery along the river made this cottage ideal for us, so much so we would like to return sometime.

This property has restored my faith in holidays in this country. The cabin was homely, clean and luxurious, with everything needed for the stay. Outside was amazing, the decking was enormous with a selection of seating areas, and a great gas barbecue, we rarely sat inside. The location was perfect, just a few minutes from the lovely town of Bewdley, but it felt like the middle of nowhere because it was so peaceful by the river. The steam railway was great to get to the town or explore further up the line. Would give this property 5 stars, and recommend to anyone for a comfortable and relaxing holiday.

The lodge was quirky, which we both liked. It was also in a lovely location - calm, secluded, and picturesque.

This lodge is heavenly, we really enjoyed our week there. It is right on the River Severn the decking wraps right around the property giving a good view of the river at any angle. There are some great walks and Bewdley itself is a lovely little town. Across the meadow you can see the Severn Valley railway and if you go up to the Halt you can flag down the train to Bridgenorth. The lodge is very spacious and comfortable, we thought it was good value for money.
