It was a very peaceful destination. A great base for walking and visiting local villages and towns, such as Bewdley and Worcester. Our owners were very friendly and helpful without being intrusive. We were able to take our dog with us and so we all really enjoyed the riverside garden. .

The cottage was very well equipped and had a nice homely feel to it. It was so cosy and warm, fantastic to come into when you've been fishing most of the day. There are unspoilt views across the river which you can see from the lounge and main bedroom. The hosts were lovely, they are on hand if you need anything but do not impose on your privacy.

The garden was fantastic with apple and pear trees right down to the river. The fishing was good and I caught a 15lb pike along with several barbel, bream and perch. The stay was very relaxing and with a pub next door it made it easy for meals.

Perfect location. The attention to detail was the best. Really liked the lighting, and views from the windows. The garden was the best and largest I have ever had in a holiday cottage, pretty riverside setting to watch the wildlife and barges passing from the numerous seats and summerhouse. Lovely helpful hosts!

The peace and tranquillity of the area, having a local public house 50 yards away was an added bonus! Fishing was fantastic, barbel, chub and roach all caught from you very own 40ft pontoon floating on the River Severn. The owners were fantastic.

The owners were lovely and could not do enough for us, a bottle of wine and the most delicious lemon drizzle cake waiting when we arrived. The fishing was really good. This is the nicest holiday let we have ever stayed in. We really did not want to go home and will definitely be back.
