On the 1st floor is a second double bedroom with King-size mahogany bed, wardrobe, drawers/dresser and bedside units. Twin bedroom with 3' single beds, wardrobe, drawers and bedside unit. Stunning views from each of the 1st floor bedrooms. N.B. All duvets, pillows, bed linen and towels (excluding those for the beach) are provided.

N.B. Access to Southcliffe from Embankment Road is via a flight of mainly shallow steps - approx. 45 in total - and short pathways. Due to the steepness of the internal staircase and proximity of the parking bay to the main road this property may not be ideal for families with very young children. MOORINGIt's a swinging mooring around 100 metres away from Southcliffe, max boat length permitted 20 foot I think. SO guests would need a small dinghy to get out to it. There's a diagram and details in the house on arrival. Water around 3 hours either side of high tide, mud the other 6 hours!
