This stunning part of Cornwall boasts unique countryside and a pretty coastline with some lovely walks sheltered coves and traditional fishing villages including Fowey and Mevagissey to explore. St Austell is also conveniently situated within easy access to the A30 and A38 making this an ideal spot from which to tour the whole of Cornwall and enjoy attractions such as the famous Eden Project (less than 2 miles away) The Lost Gardens of Heligan the historical village and harbour of Charlestown and the city of Truro. The nearby china clay trails offer a range of routes for cyclists and walkers. Slightly further afield but still within easy reach other places to visit include Bodmin Moor Lands End and numerous National Trust properties and gardens. First floor apartment with level access offers TWO bedrooms: 1 spacious master king-size with en-suite shower room and WC Juliet balcony and views across St Austell to the sea beyond and 1 large twin with sofa bed (that can be used to accommodate an additional person). Bathroom: with shower attachment on bath separate shower and WC. Lounge/kitchen/diner: light and airy open plan living space with Smart TV and DVD Juliet balcony and views across St Austell to the sea beyond. Kitchen area: with electric double oven and hob fridge freezer microwave dishwasher and washer/dryer. Outside: shared garden area with sea views. Amenities: private designated parking space for 1 car (there are also 3 visitors parking spaces for the complex available on a first come first served basis). Bed linen towels electric and electric heating (underfloor heating in communal spaces) 1 dog welcome (2 by arrangement). Regret no smoking.
