The cottage is very easy to find on the main road to Cromer and is conveniently located within easy distance of both a local small shop and a large Morrisons supermarket. We found the site ideal to visit both places within north Norfolk we had visited before, like Wroxham, Cromer and Great Massingham, and new places like Sheringham and Aylsham.

Landlord seemed very pleasant but as soon as he showed me into the cottage an awful musty smell hit me. Opened front door and windows to try and air the place but this meant we could hear constant traffic including huge lorries passing the front of the house all day and evening. It's on the main A148 road to Cromer so not very peaceful. Could hear people in studio upstairs very clearly too! Rugs bath and toilet mats quite grubby. However, this is a lovely area!
