Sun Peaks description

Sun Peaks is a beautifully refurbished reverse level house, just a short walk from Salcombe town and North Sands beach. Stylish, modern and well equipped, Sun Peaks offers comfortable living with stunning views over the Devon countryside.

From the ground floor open plan living, dining and kitchen area, you will enjoy views as far as Dartmoor. The balcony is perfect for your morning coffee in the sunshine or soaking up the sun in the afternoon while gazing over the rolling hills. Whether with family or friends, the large garden and lawn is ideal for children to play, while you relax on the patio or enjoy a barbeque, which is provided. An outside shower with hot and cold water is provided for the convenience of washing down dogs, wetsuits or children!

The nearest beach to Sun Peaks is North Sands, a pet friendly beach with fine sand, only a 15-20 minute walk by footpath.

A high chair, travel cot with mattress, and a stair gate are provided.

There is plenty for everyone in your party to enjoy in and around Salcombe including great beaches, boat trips, Overbecks House and Gardens, the Salcombe Dairy, excellent restaurants and pubs and of course being on the famous South-West Coast Path, many glorious walks.
