Each apartment differs from the other but yet all of them reflect the sunny side of our Maltese Island as all of them are airy and very bright. Each apartment provides a sense of cleanliness, tranquillity and comfort.
The block is set on 5 floors having 2 apartments on each floor the top most ones having seaviews of Sliema Ferry and Manuel Island.
This particular apartment is on the 4th floor served with lift. It has a spacious living area at the entrance leading to the dining/kitchen area where it leads to a sizable balcony overlooking the street where the apartment block is located. It does not have any particular view but the location makes it ideal for those who are after a car free holiday. The kitchen is fuly equipped and is ideal for preparing own meals and easy cooking.
This apartment has further 2 bedrooms: The master bedroom with one double bed and en-suite and another bedroom with two single beds. Also, the apartment has another family bathroom. Both bathrooms differ from each other as one has a bath tub and the other a shower closure. Both bedrooms come with wall hung air conditioning. Wifi and cable tv come on complementary basis. This apartment fits the bill for all those who are after a car free holiday, sightseeing, combined with swimming and good food! When night falls Sliema's bars and restaurants are relaxed and mellow in mood with a cosmopolitan feel.
Minimum booking is four nights, prices will be quoted pro-rata according to the season.
Deposit of 40% is required on confirmation. Preferred deposit payment methods are by bank transfer or by Pay-Pal. While the remaining balance is to be settled ideally 4 weeks prior arrival. .
A refundable breakage deposit of 300euro is to be paid on check in either to be settled by visa or cash. The security deposit will be refunded via credit card if paid as such after a maximum of 30 days. Or via bank transfer - if paid in cash - with bank charges incurred to the beneficiary bank account [should s/he not be in SEPA country] after a maximum of 15 days. Thus the beneficiary bank details will be required to refund the deposit.
Also please note that the price being paid for the property includes basic utilities:
- 150kWh for 2 bedroom apartment
free per week with the apartment which is more than sufficient for a weekly stay. However if the inclusive amount of KWh will be exceeded, an extra charge will apply at a rate of 0. 35c per KWh. Other than that there are no other hidden expenses or charges.
Due to cleaning necessities the check-in time for the apartments is generally 2.00pm and the check-out is at 10.00am however if there are no arrivals on the same day the apartment can be kept for longer.
Cleaning of the property prior the arrival and after departure is included in the price. Any extra cleaning during accommodation will incur extra charges. Two sets of towels per person and one set of linen per bed is also provided by us, then it is up to one's discrepancy to wash them as much often as desired.Monthly rate it is also available, please ask for quote.
Also please do note the utilities are NOT included on a monthly rate but paid for as much as one consumes.Long lets also available rates upon request from owner.Apartment also available for long term booking of 6 months period maximum with a monthly rate, in such case utilities will not be included in the rate.
