The owners are lovely people, helpful, friendly, with good advice to give. As an older single traveller I felt very comfortable knowing someone knew I was there but wasn't going to be knocking on the door 'every few minutes'. I was offered use of the pool as well.

The owners were so warm and welcoming and very willing to give advice on excursions too. The pool and swimming were wonderful, too. There is a lovely little patio and the owners have gone to a lot of trouble over this.

We loved East Knoyle because it was so peaceful and pretty surroundings. The people who lived in the village were friendly which added to the holiday. The cottage itself was perfect and what added a lovely touch to the stay was tea, coffee and sugar being there. We had a dog with us and they provided a bed, blanket and some treats for him also which was lovely. Overall a wonderful time in a beautiful cottage and village.
