The Bouldnor is a stunning five bedroom house set in an ideal position for the nearby town of Yarmouth. It boasts spectacular sea views across the Solent and over to the mainland.

The property benefits from two living rooms, one with a large bay window and window seat, which is an ideal spot to enjoy the stunning sea views. Externally, the rear segmented, enclosed gardens are set over half an acre. With secret gardens to explore, established fruit trees and flower beds, this pretty garden is perfect for all the family to enjoy.

The picturesque harbour town of Yarmouth is just a short walk from the property; here you will find a selection of cafes, bars and restaurants. The historic harbour is guarded by Yarmouth Castle, the last addition to Henry VIII's sea defences; walk around the castle and discover the recreated rooms from the 16th century, or simply sit outside and enjoy a picnic while admiring the views out to sea.

West Wight is an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty and is the ideal spot for catching a glimpse of the local wildlife, walking or just enjoying the beautiful countryside. From here, take a visit to one of the Island's many attractions including Freshwater Bay, Alum Bay’s famous coloured cliffs or the Needles, one of Britain’s most famous landscapes.

Full range of utensils provided including a toaster, kettle and BOSCH Tassimo coffee machine. A separate utility room features a microwave, freezer, washing machine, dryer, iron and vacuum cleaner. The summer room is furnished with a two seater wicker sofa, two wicker chairs, table, foot rest and offers access to the patio and garden.

The dining area, open plan with the kitchen and sun room, features a table and seating for ten.

Living Room/Area

Benefits from a feature open log fireplace. Furnished with two sofas seating five, desk, chair and side tables. Features a 40” LED flatscreen TV with Sky Plus HD, DVD, 3D Blu-ray, internet and Wi-Fi. A selection of DVD’s, board games, toys and childrens books are provided. A cot, high chair and stair gates are provided for family bookings.

Situated on the first floor with panoramic sea views. Furnished with a king-size bed, two double wardrobe, two chest of drawers, armchair, mirror and two bedside cabinets with lamps. Features a 27” TV.

Situated on the first floor and benefits from views over the garden. Furnished with twin beds, fitted double wardrobe, chest of drawers, desk, chair, shelves and two bedside cabinets. A selection of children’s toys and books are also provided.

Situated on the first floor with garden views. Furnished with twin beds, double wardrobe, chest of drawers, small childrens armchair and two bedside cabinets with lamps.

Bedroom 4

Situated on the second floor with Velux window. Furnished with a king-size bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers, mirror and two bedside cabinets with lamps. Features a TV.

Bedroom 5

Situated on the second floor. Furnished with a double bed, small wardrobe, chest of drawers, chaise lounge, two chairs, small table and two bedside cabinets with lamps. Features a TV.
