ENTRANCE Leads into an open-plan KITCHEN/DINING/SITTING ROOM The contemporary kitchen has an electric oven, ceramic hob, fridge (with freezer compartment), dishwasher, microwave and washer/dryer. Dining table with four chairs and sitting area with 32" LCD television with Freeview, ipod player/radio, three seater sofa, armchair and coffee table.
BEDROOM Double bedroom with wooden-framed bed, bedside cabinets, chest of drawers, wardrobe and flatscreen TV. There is a small second bedroom suitable for children only with a single bed and bedside table. N:B Duvet, pillows, bed linen and towels are provided.
OTHER INFORMATION Mainly oak flooring and carpet throughout. Electric heating and hot water by immersion. Strictly no smokers or pets permitted.
BATHROOM With bath, electric power shower (over), w.c., wash hand basin, heated towel rail, shaver point and mirror.
BABY FRIENDLY FACILITIES Travel cot and high chair.
PARKING A weekly parking pass can be purchased from the Coast & Country Cottages office for the long stay car park (10-15 mins walk). (Off-road parking may be available at short notice if the cottage is not booked - please check with the Salcombe office at time of booking.)
