We could not find fault with anything, absolutely fantastic. If there is anything not supplied for the guest, we cannot think what it could be.

The accommodation provided us with home from home comforts. There was everything needed to ensure that each party member, from 3 years to teenager and indeed up to adult were catered for. We were a party of 'mature' lady golfers and we loved the overall experience of The Granary - it was everything we would have wanted and more - it was warm, cosy, very clean and beautifully furnished with all mod cons. The views were amazing. The owner was extremely helpful.

Just spent a lovely relaxing 'pamper' weekend get together for a friends forthcoming wedding. The Granary is a beautiful property, lovely and roomy, spotlessly clean, well equipped with everything you could want and lovely gifts left for us of wine and chocolates. The garden was huge and as it was December and had been snowing the views across the hills were stunning.
Ms Nolan

The photos of this cottage do not do it justice. This cottage was furnished and designed with love, it was a lovely way for my husband and myself to celebrate 50years of marriage with our family. Once again, it was a lovely relaxing weekend and I would recommend this property to anyone.

January 2013
The property was very spacious with plenty room indoors and out which meant people could spread out and do their own thing if need be. The view was gorgeous and the general feel of the property was just very bright, airy and relaxed.
March 2015
Booked this for a 'get together/ hen party', for a friends forthcoming wedding in December and it was ideal. The house is beautiful, large and spacious and absolutely immaculate, with lovely attention to detail, and everything you could want or need, and being near Christmas had been decorated for the festive season. The setting is superb, in a quiet location with stunning views across the Borders countryside. The owner had left a lovely welcome pack in the fridge and also wine and chocolates. We had a wonderful relaxing time and I would definately recommend 'The Granary' for a large group/ family, you wont be disappointed.
April 2016
Stayed at the Granary with family and friends over the Easter break. This is a lovely property, in a good location, with gorgeous views. Everything you need is provided, linen, towels, crockery, cutlery and a lovely welcome pack. The property is super cosy even though it is a large property. Lots of space inside and out. The bedrooms and bathrooms are all very good sizes. Great walks in the area and good attractions in the in the town, which you can walk to if you dont mind the uphill walk on the way back! The owner is very helpful. Great Chinese takeaway in Jedburgh as well.
September 2014
The party was made up of 4 adults - 3 family and 1 friend. The house is perfection. The only thing we meant to mention before we left - and promptly forgot - was to tell the owner that the DVD player in the lounge plays only in black and white, something she couldn't possibly have been expected to know. Everything was spotless and superbly comfortable. We cannot rate it highly enough. Sorry we forgot to write in the Visitors' Book. We want to come back.

February 2014
We stayed here on a fishing trip to the R Tweed and were delighted we did. The views from the house are superb, as it is high up a hill, but despite the bracing surroundings it was very warm and cosy, even on nights when there was a heavy frost. The house is very well equipped with a big kitchen and is a perfect place to relax, yet the cost was reasonable. The owners, who live not far away- always a plus point, in our experience- are very friendly and helpful. We can thoroughly recommend The Granary to those wishing to stay in that area
September 2013
This is just the most wonderful holiday home. Everywhere was spotless. The whole house was fully equipped with everything you would need. There was wine, bread, milk and butter left for us. Flowers all over the house and we were able to dig potatoes from the garden. There was so much space! The views were super and we went on many walks. Jedburgh has so much to offer. We would like to have another holiday in this accomodation.
September 2013
This accommodation was excellent, the owner met us and was so friendly. There was lots of board games for us to play in the evening. Although the house was in the country, it was about a 10 minute drive from the town, where there was shops and restaurants and take-aways. The peace and quiet was much enjoyed, after being used to the noise of the traffic back home.
January 2013
Just came home from a weekend at The Granary with friends, my husband and our two small children. We recieved a fanastic homely welcome when we arrived on the friday evening (in the snow). The house is immaculately presented, it had everything we needed and much more, the view is superb and we had a thorougly relaxing and enjoyable weekend. We look forward to revisiting in the future.
July 2013
This spacious beautifully furnished and equipped property was our base when we attended a wedding nearby. We were delighted when we arrived and it really was just like someone's home and we were welcome. We were 3 generations from 27 to 84 and everyone rated it our best ever rental. We loved the Borders and there was plenty to do. The best thing was the comfort and quality of the accommodation. Our daughter is trying to arrange a visit to Jedburgh with her friends just so they can rent The Granary.
December 2012
We had a fantastic stay The owners were very helpful & friendly they had thought of everything & were still looking to improve The style of the property was lovely, outside was great also lots of space & 3 different patio areas 2 mins out of jedburgh with lots of other border towns a stones throw away. We spent a lovely day in Berwick. We would have no hesitation in returning ***
December 2012
Our party of 8 (4 adults and 4 children) stayed at this superb cottage in October 2012.It is in a secluded hilly area and has stunning views of Jedburgh. The owner unexpectedly left us a number of items including wine, milk and bread, which was a lovely touch. The cottage was massive and accommodated our 2 families adequately. We rarely heard the kids playing upstairs with the toys Theyd found. The tumble dryer/washing machine and dishwasher made our stay a lot easier, and we went home with no washing!! The garden was amazing and would look even better in the summer. I have recommended the cottage to several friends and families. We will definitely return again in the future.
