The Mill House is a former 13th century watermill located in an idyllic, rural setting in the beautiful Vale of Eden, close to the market town of Bala on the edge of the Snowdonia National Park and can sleep eight people in three double bedrooms (two with en-suite) and a twin room with en-suite. In addition there is another family shower room and a cloakroom on the ground floor. The rest of the property contains a kitchen, utility, and two sitting rooms including one with a dining area and a woodburner. To the outside of the property there is off road parking for one car, a private rear courtyard with furniture and shared use of landscaped gardens with furniture, ponds, a stream and a summerhouse. The Mill House is perfect for families or friends to get together and explore this lovely area of North Wales.

Area
The market town of Bala is situated in the Snowdonia National Park and is home to the largest natural lake in Wales. Bala offers fishing, sailing, canoeing, windsurfing and white water rafting, along with a narrow gauge railway, shops, pubs and restaurants.

Famous for its choirs, stunning mountain ranges and beautiful valleys, this wonderful country has something for everyone. From Snowdonia in North Wales to the Brecon Beacons and the Pembrokeshire Coast in the South.

Fuel, power and starter pack for woodburner inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Off road parking for 4 cars. Shared use of lawned gardens with furniture, ponds, a stream, summerhouse and BBQ. Private rear courtyard with furniture. Two well-behaved dogs welcome (please bring own dog beds and towels). Sorry, no smoking. Shops and pubs 2 miles. Note: The grounds border onto the River Meloch and with ponds and a stream in the gardens and steep staircases, children and dogs to be supervised. Note: Close to a B road so some associated road noise may be heard. Note: Mobile signal is limited and intermittent. Note: No stag/hen or similar. Note: The two bedrooms on the second floor have saloon-style doors to the en-suite bathrooms and the stairs are steep and a little uneven, care should be taken. Note: Check-in time 4pm.
