The location of the property was very good. It was peaceful and the views were amazing. There was plenty to do in the area and the cottage itself was superb with everything catered for. The garden was well looked after and had it's own parking area which was a real bonus.

Beautiful cottage with superb views across Llandudno. In an excellent location with plenty of places to eat and drink with a great local pub only 50m away. The owner couldn't have done more to make us feel welcome. Had a spacious drive and parking for at least three cars and room to turn them around. Can highly recommend this property.

The cottage was superbly furnished, the views were stunning, and accessibility to beaches, town and local attractions meant the car was only used once during the week. There was loads for the grandchildren to do. It was a wonderful week and we all want to go back again next year.

A lovely property with great views over Llandudno. The property was well kept, clean and modern. Really close to the tram station and a chip shop if you did not want to cook. The cottage came with everything you would expect and a little bit more and the kids loved the garden and summer house. We had a great holiday here and will be going back!

The cottage was perfect; spotlessly clean, very well equipped and comfortable. I was very sad to leave as it felt so homely. Would definitely recommend and plan to book again.

Loved the views from this cottage - panoramic sea and mountain views! The great off street parking for 2 in a busy town was essential. There was plenty of space for 4 adults and 2 children inside too. There is so much to do in North Wales but we especially loved Portmeirion and Penryhn Castle! There is still lots more to see another time!

Probably the best holiday property in Llandudno or maybe Wales. The location is perfect with ample parking. Six of us shared this cottage and we all had plenty of room. A superb garden with plenty of seating. I am sure we will return.

Tram Station Cottage is a superb cottage with great views. Julian the owner could not have been more helpful. Over the past 20 odd years we have stayed in some lovely holiday homes but this is the best. It has everything....clean and well equipped bungalow with en suite or bathroom for every bedroom, a wonderful view of Llandudno Bay and mountains, well situated as regards access to town and seafront. A 2 minutes walk will take you to the Great Orme tram station. There is a super fish and chip shop across the road and we had two good meals in the neighbouring Kings Head this year. Oh, and not forgetting the summerhouse. Great for sitting in with a cup of tea or glass of wine! An added bonus is ample parking.

Easy to book and key collection. Very helpful owners. Bungalow has a very steep drive, but has parking which is a plus in Llandudno. Well stocked kitchen but missed having cooker hood, lovely welcome pack on arrival meaning we could have cuppa! Lovely open fire. Well furnished and good bedding, however the beds were slightly too firm for us, but would not stop us returning as this is a personal preference. Great wifi signal. We all had a lovely time and would love to return to Tram Cottage.

Fantastic cottage with amazing mountain and sea views. Beautifully fitted out with everything you could need for your stay. The lovely touch of a "welcome pack" was especially good. The owner was really helpful and went out of his way to make our stay as comfortable as he could. All of the rooms were furnished to a high standard and towels were plentiful for our stay. There were 4 adults and two children in our party and there was more than enough room in the bungalow. With 2 ensuite shower rooms and a large separate family bathroom, no-one ever had to queue for the toilet! The tram station was 2 minutes walk from the cottage as was a fabulous chippy that we wouldn't hesitate to recommend. There was also a lovely pub, apparently the oldest in Llandudno, next to the chippy. Ample parking for 2 cars at the cottage too. And a 5-10 minute walk to the shops and the beach - perfect!

We spent a very relaxing few days at this lovely bungalow. Everything was spotlessly clean and the sofas very comfortable in the large open plan lounge. The highlight of the location was the outlook from the picture windows, with views of both the North Shore and the Conway estuary with hills beyond. It was very convenient for the town, and the fish and chips at the end of the road were excellent.

This is the second time we have stayed at Tram Station Cottage, The views from the lounge window are fantastic, on one side you can see the bay of Llandudno and on the other the Conway Estuary and the Welsh Mountains. The Cottage is stunning and extremely clean, Julian the owner has thought of everything you require to make your holiday perfect. We love it and hope to come again next year if we can manage to book it . It is ideally situated and is only 5 min walk into the Town. the tram Station Chip Shop is really good, there is a really good Italian Restaurant 3 min walk away to the left of the Tram Station and in the other direction there is an Indian restaurant called Jaya this is situated in the Space Boutique Hotel on Church Walk. Tram Station Cottage is a little gem.

We were warmly welcomed to this immaculately presented cottage, it was obvious that a lot of time and effort had been taken to make it so. Very conveniently located with ample off-road parking is a big bonus in Llandudno; couple this with the comfort, style, quality of the fittings and furniture and the all-round excellence of Tram Station Cottage will appeal to all users. A great place to return to after visiting all local attractions. The great weather allowed us to make full use of the outdoor facilities and enjoy the manicured gardens. I, for one, will be looking forward to a second visit and have no hesitation recommending this cottage to anyone needing a comfortable break in North Wales.
