Internally the property has been very well refurbished and modernised, Although we only spent four nights there, these were most enjoyable, and general quality was excellent.

This cottage is one of the most beautifully furnished and decorated cottages on the market. We had never stayed in somewhere so comprehensively equipped, and amongst such wonderful scenery!

The location and hospitality provided by the owners was excellent. The actual cottage was superb, very well fitted out to a great standard and we particularly liked the log fire, very open kitchen and dining area.

This was situated in a lovely location. Wine & cakes made a very nice welcome. The accommodation was very clean and well equipped, and once we got the woodburner lit it was very cosy. Its a good location to reach various places in North Wales the only negative is the very narrow lane to the property, admittedly we were in a scudo van but anyone with a large car would have to approach with great caution, to avoid scratching their vehicle.

After having a little trouble finding Ty Capel (which is at the top of a very narrow lane) we had a very warm welcome by the owners who had set up the wood burner and kindly left us (and our little dog) some yummy goodies in the kitchen. The cottage is very comfortable, clean and beautifully renovated. We loved the quiet, secluded, nature of the property and waking up to the sound of next doors Cockerals bobbing about the garden. The cottage is well situated to many tourist attractions, beach and forest walks. The only downside was the narrow lane which would not be suitable to larger vechicles. We really enjoyed our stay at Ty Capel.
