BEDROOMS On the first floor is a double room with super King-size bed (6') and built-in wardrobe. Also at this level is a twin room with two wood-framed single beds. At the second floor attic level, accessed via open-wooden stairs, is the master bedroom with King-size bed, wardrobe and drawers, DAB radio, wash-hand basin and slipper bath with hand-held shower. (A fourth bedroom on the first floor - for children only - has bunk beds and basin, and is available on request at no additional charge). N.B. All duvets, pillows and bed linen provided - tenants require all towels.
BABY FRIENDLY FACILITIES A travel cot and highchair are provided.
SHOWER ROOM In addition to the master bedroom slipper bath etc. is a family shower room on the first floor with large shower cubicle, w.c. and wash-hand basin. There is an additional, separate w.c. next to the shower room.
OUTSIDE Private terrace area with small table and chairs and small area of sloping lawn. Gate to the rear of the house with direct access to Allenhayes Lane.
PARKING For one medium sized car in garage with additional off-road spaces usually available close by. (Dimensions can be provided on request).
