We had a lovely stay. The owners were extremely helpful and made sure we had a lovely stay.

The location was perfect, set back from the main road with nothing but woodland and fields for neighbours. The nearest village and town were only a short drive away. The owner was a real friendly chap and was there to greet us and attended to anything we required. The missus loved the hot tub and I enjoyed the long walks with the dog watching the wildlife and the world go about their daily business.

The Lodge was excellent and the owners very friendly helpful and approachable. The added bonus was that we could take the dog with us. There were many places in North Yorkshire to visit and it was nice to come back to the seclusion of the Lodge.

The owner and his partner were lovely and so helpful and friendly. The lodge/location was beautiful and the hot tub was a fantastic addition. We couldn't fault the holiday at all. We'll definitely be going back again as it's perfect for families or for couples. I'd urge anyone to take the opportunity to stay here!

Had the most relaxing and enjoyable family holiday staying in a truly fabulous lodge in an amazing location. The lodge is spacious, modern, very clean and the hot tub was enjoyed by all the family. There are lots of places to visit and explore we went to Big Sheep Little Cow, The Forbidden corner and Lightwater Valley. We will defiantly be back and will bring our family and friends. The owner is a lovely man who was extremely helpful and kind.

We couldn't not recommend this lodge more highly! The location is beautiful, tranquil and surrounded by wildlife - we spent lots of time woodpecker watching during the day and bat watching from the hot tub at night. The lodge itself is just perfect and tje owner, George, and his partner Yvonne are so friendly and helpful. Nothing was too mich trouble and shortly after we arrived George brought over some garden toys and a paddling pool for our little boy. A park was also being put in while we wete there that our son loved! We stayed there with our 18 month old son and 5 month old daughter, and it was perfect, they loved it - we'll definitely go back again next year as there is still lots we want to do. Equally my husband and I are planning to go back for a weekend with friends at some point.

We stayed here for the weekend, lodges were a bit tired and in need of updating. However lovely and spacious and well equipped. Hot tub fab.. fun for all ages. Good value for money and we will return. George and his wife do a fab job!

We went in January it could not have been quieter, there are at present 5 lodges and we were the only ones there. The lodge was spacious, clean and had everything one needs. Although there is no WiFi as yet it didn't bother us although the owner George said it was being installed in the near future. The hot tub was lovely we used it every night and one night it snowed whilst we were in it drinking champagne......bliss!. Kiplin is a few miles from Catterick where our Army son is stationed so we got to see the grandkids, northallerton is not far, it is worth a visit just for the shops and the you have all the dales to explore. If you like the countryside Kiplin is the place to be..

If you are looking for somewhere away from the hustle and bustle but still within a short drive to some of the beautiful places that Yorkshire has to offer, this is the place. A spacious lodge with all facilities you will need for a wonderful holiday.

Had the most relaxing and enjoyable family holiday staying in a truly fabulous lodge in an amazing location. The lodge is spacious, modern, very clean and the hot tub was enjoyed by all the family. There is lots of places to visit and explore we went to Big Sheep Little Cow,The Forbidden corner(not suitable for pushchairs or mobility problems) and Lightwater Valley. There is no signal or internet coverage, I loved the break away from technology it gave us time to switch off and bond as a family. We will defiantly be back and will bring our family and friends. George the owner is a lovely man who was extremely helpful and kind.
