12 The Priory is a two bedroom ground floor apartment located a short distance from Shanklin in the village of Luccombe. The apartment is furnished to a high standard and boasts panoramic sea views.

Internally, the apartment has an open plan living, kitchen and dining area with access to the large, decked veranda. Externally, the decked veranda is the perfect place to relax and enjoy the panoramic sea views. The communal garden benefits from the views and has direct access to the coastal path, ideal for those looking to explore the island's fantastic coastline.

Located in Luccombe village, the property is conveniently positioned for access to Shanklin Beach. The property is a short drive from the attractive resort centre of Shanklin. Here, the seafront is the focal point and features several eating establishments and pubs. The town is famed for it's good weather, safe sandy beach and the picturesque Old Village.
