Belvedere Court is a development of apartments on the sea front in Paignton. The location offers fantastic views across the bay from Torquay across to Brixham, as well as out to sea. Preston Sands beach is directly opposite the apartments, while the centre of Paignton is a leisurely 10 minute stroll along the sea front.

The apartments have been designed to optimise the location ensuring all living and dining rooms have sea views through double patio doors.

14 Belvedere Court is situated on the ground floor which is accessible from a communal hall at the rear of the property, or via patio doors to the front. A designated parking space is included directly at the front of the apartment.


Open plan kitchen and dining area. Well appointed kitchen which features a dishwasher, washer dryer, fridge, freezer, microwave, oven with grill, electric hobs with hood over, chrome kettle and toaster. Other facilities include a slow cooker, coffee percolator, hand mixer and a comprehensive range of quality utensils. In the hall, a storage cupboard houses the vacumn cleaner, iron and ironing board, a floor standing fan and a picnic basket.

Glass topped table with metal frame and four leather backed chairs, plus a serving tray and cabinet.

Living Room/Area

The living area overlooks Preston Beach and over Torbay. Double doors lead out to patio. Furnished with a three seater and two seater leather sofa, a matching footstool in leather and two metal framed glass occasional tables. Entertainment is provided by a 28" widescreen TV, a video recorder, a DVD player and a radio/cassette/CD player. A selection of games, CDs, DVDs and videos.

Master Bedroom

Furnished with a king-size bed, two bedside drawer units, a six drawer unit and a large three door built-in wardrobe with integrated lighting. There is also a TV/DVD combi in the room.

Bedroom 2

Furnished with twin beds, a bedside cabinet, four drawer chest and matching wardrobe.

Family Bathroom

The main bathroom has underfloor heating and comprises a bath with shower over, WC, wash basin with mirror, light and shaver point over, a heated towel rail and underfloor heating.

Bathroom 2

En suite to bedroom one comprises a double shower cubicle, WC and wash basin with mirror and shaver point over.
