The property is within a short walk of several eateries including the award winning Venus Cafe located next to the beach, which offers local organic produce. From the beach, the famous sea tractor will safely transport you across the causeway to Burgh Island, home of The Pilchard Inn and the famous Art Deco Hotel where previous guests have included Agatha Christie, The Beatles, Noel Coward and Edward and Mrs Simpson.

There is ongoing construction next to the property as a house is being built. Noise will be a minimum as the work consists of bricklaying and internal work, no heavy machinery.
