Queens Quay is a unique development of just eight waterfront apartments in a central position on Torquay’s vibrant harbourside. Formerly a hotel, the building has been completely re-developed and finished to an exceptional standard, whilst maintaining its original Art Deco charm.

All apartments have been thoughtfully created to maximise space, light and views. A flawless finish has been achieved by the interior designers that has kept the sense of history that comes with this iconic building. Apartments are serviced with a lift.

Torquay’s lively harbourside is quite literally on the doorstep of these stylish apartments, where you will find shops, cafes, restaurants and bars. Torquay’s marine conservation attraction, Living Coasts is within a few minutes walk along with other attractions such as ten pin bowling and the theatre.

This central location is ideal for those on shopping breaks, business trips or traditional holiday makers looking for a luxurious base and those looking for beach fun should head to the sandy beaches of Meadfoot and Torre Abbey Sands, which are both just a 10-15 minute walk.

The traditional seaside town of Paignton, with it’s golden sandy beaches and pier, is within a 3 mile drive, whilst the picturesque fishing village of Brixham is within a 9 mile drive.

As this property is very centrally located it may not be suitable for family bookings.

A Free parking permit is supplied. For a 3 or 4 night stay, guests will receive a 3 night parking permit. For 5+ nights, guests will receive a 7 night permit. The parking is in a nearby council car park, so spaces are first come, first served


    The kitchen features contemporary high gloss units and quality granite work tops.     Fully fitted with electric oven and ceramic hob, fridge, freezer and dishwasher.     Full utensils and accessories including a microwave, kettle, toaster and cafetiere.     There is also a washer/dryer situated in a utility cupboard in the hallway.

    Spacious open plan living, dining and kitchen area.     Access to the balcony offering views over the pretty harbour and out to sea.     Furnished with corner sofa seating five, an armchair and a glass topped coffee table.     Features a TV with Freeview and a DVD player.

Master Bedroom

Spacious room with views across Torquay harbour which can be enjoyed from the adjoining balcony. With the added feature of double glazed secondary acoustic windows. Furnished with a king-size bed, double wardrobes and a three drawer chest. Features a wall mounted TV with integrated Freeview. En suite.

Bedroom 2

Furnished with twin beds, double wardrobe and five drawer chest. Guests are advised that the headboards seen in the images have been removed to maximise the aesthetic effect of the alcove lighting.

The main family bathroom has a bath with integrated shower,.
