The bungalow was well equipped and in an ideal position for walking to the town/castle/restaurants. The garden was enclosed and with the park opposite our dog was very happy. It was a short drive to Harlech beach, which was good exercise for both us and the dog. Other nice beaches were within easy driving distance, and plenty of other interesting places to visit which were mainly dog friendly.

We have had a fabulous stay. The bungalow was a lot better than expected, it had everything needed for a very comfortable holiday. The garden was beautiful for sitting out in on a sunny day. It was a great place to go exploring from with our 5 month old little boy and our dog. It is somewhere we would definitely come back to.

The property was very comfortable and had everything we needed, we particularly enjoyed going to the beach, which was close by and also the hill walks.

Harlech is a lovely small town with a fantastic beach, great castle, and town center which has all you need. The accommodation was perfect for our family of 5 and one dog, the bungalow is on a nice quiet road with a park out the front yet only a two minute walk from all amenities. We loved the area and were central to either beach days, mountain days, or cultural outings. Thank you for a great family holiday, we would love to come back again soon.

The property was in an excellent location, very quiet with views over trees to the sea, yet only a couple of minutes walk to the main street. The property was very comfortable and well equipped. A public footpath 50 yards away gave access to walks above the town. The area of Harlech is fantastic for coastal and mountain walking, using the train we completed the Ardudwy Way and the Rhinogs were only a short drive away.

The cottage was really great, it was warm and cosy and very well equipped. It was close to the village, castle and the miles of beautiful beach, it is also not to far from the other attractions that North Wales has to offer. We would have no hesitation in recommending it to friends.

Accomodation was very good and well stocked on books and dvds on those inclement weather days.Main bed maybe a bit on the hard side as orthopaedic mattress but altogether a warm and cosy bungalow.Dog enjoyed stay especially the fantastic beach a 5 min car journey from the bungalow.Harlech makes a good base for touring the coast line and the Snowdonian national park.

One of the first to stay here. I have commented on the bed on the Sykes own review . I have a very firm bed at home , but this was difficult to sleep and is not suitable for general use.

This link bungalow had everything you needed supplied. Kitchen was very well equipped, living room had TV (with Freeview box), dvd player and play station. Just about got used to freeview box by end of week. Mattress on kingsize bed has been replaced and is now a lot softer than people had commented on previously, but mattress on bottom bunk was a firm one, so both my husband and were happy. Bathroom with shower was modern and perfect. The back garden was totally enclosed so was great for the dog, and for sunbathing on the top part on the sunny days. Lovely park opposite and an easy walk through the park into town and the various restaurants/cafes and the magnificent castle. Five minutes in the car to the beach - again, great for dog walking. Would thoroughly recommend this bungalow and hope to come again.
