This delightful waterfront house is situated in a truly idyllic position in the heart of Appledore and is a stone s throw from the quayside. This charming property offers spectacular panoramic views out over the River Torridge to Instow and beyond which can be enjoyed from the sun-trap patio and many of the rooms. With exposed beams and original wooden floors in many of the rooms every effort has been made to make your stay extremely comfortable whilst retaining the building s original charm. There are a number of amenities right on your doorstep including a small supermarket butcher newsagent pubs and restaurants seafood being a speciality. The 3 miles of golden sandy beach at Westward Ho! is 2 miles away or enjoy the sand dunes at Instow. For the sporting enthusiasts visit the Royal Devon Yacht Club at the village of Instow (5 minute drive) or a game of golf at the Royal North Devon Golf Club in Westward Ho! take a boat trip from Appledore quayside to go deep sea fishing. There are some beautiful walks either along the coastal and cliff paths or in the surrounding picturesque countryside or simply relax on the patio and enjoy the fantastic views. You enter the property on the first floor and the accommodation is arranged over three floors offering THREE bedrooms: on the first floor 1 twin room and on the second floor 1 king-size and 1 3 bunk bedroom with river views. Bathroom: located on the second floor with shower over bath and WC. Separate WC downstairs. Lounge: situated on the first floor and benefits from estuary/sea views with TV DVD and hi-fi. Kitchen/diner: on the ground floor with cooker microwave fridge/freezer dishwasher washing machine tumble dryer iPod dock TV DAB radio sofa and door leading to patio. Outside: door opens onto the private sun-trap patio with uninterrupted estuary/sea views seating and BBQ. Amenities: roadside and carpark parking close by.
