I was staying at this cottage for the week while working in the area. The cottage is lovely and the welcome from the owner was great. Liked the tea, milk and biscuits provided. Blackberry picking to the lane to the rear of the property was fantastic.

As this was our first holiday away with our dog and two boys, because we normally go abroad, it was the best holiday I have had. The cottage was stunning and clean. We were made to feel very welcome. The surrounding area was beautiful and we visited many places. I never thought I would enjoy this country as much as I did, we are looking to book for next year already. Well worth every penny, thank you.

A lovely cottage with fabulous views. The location was excellent and such peace and quiet as most other cottages are unfinished. We would certainly revisit this cottage in the future. We found Bala central to visiting other parts of Wales. We have enjoyed.the west coast of Scotland many times so this was a fabulous change. Great!

August 2011
The views were excellent. The setting although beside another cottage let was quiet with very good parking. It was lovely to walk up the lane, through fields and the further benefit was from the beautiful views and countryside. The cottage itself was well suited to our party of four plus our dog. The price was good as it included a dog. So pleased with it!

The location was great, with wonderful views even from the lounge. The beds were very comfortable and so was the sofas, which for me are very important!
January 2014
stayed in the cottage during the half term break with our dog. she had a good walk every day at the back of the cottage up into the hills that is used for off road driving, fortunately there was only a few hard corps drivers testing themselves which gave us a laugh but we had a nice walk every day either close to the cottage or when we went out. the cottage itself was very clean and tidy and we were welcomed by the owner who was very informative about the area. the local amenities 2.5 miles away were quite ok and open quite late for a range of products. we did enjoy our visit and would recommend it to others quite easily.
